2. Scope
These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made through belframestudio.com. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted these Terms of Sale together with our applicable store policies.
BELFRAME currently sells and ships through this website to customers located in the United States.
3. Products
BELFRAME sells illustrated fine art prints. Product characteristics, available sizes, materials and other relevant information are displayed on each product page.
We make every reasonable effort to display our artwork accurately. However, colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings and printing characteristics.
Frames shown in lifestyle or product imagery are for presentation purposes only unless expressly stated otherwise. BELFRAME prints are sold unframed.
4. Prices
Prices displayed on the US storefront are shown in US dollars (USD).
The applicable product price is the price displayed at the time the order is placed. Shipping charges and any applicable taxes are displayed before the customer completes the purchase.
BELFRAME reserves the right to change prices at any time. Such changes do not affect orders already accepted.
5. Orders
Customers are responsible for reviewing the products, quantities, sizes, shipping address and other order information before completing their purchase.
After an order is submitted, an order confirmation is sent to the email address provided by the customer.
BELFRAME reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases including payment failure, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product unavailability or other legitimate circumstances. Any payment received for an order cancelled by BELFRAME will be refunded where applicable.
6. Payment
Payment is due in full when the order is placed. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and payments are processed through the payment providers available on our Shopify store.
7. Shipping and delivery
BELFRAME currently ships to addresses within the United States.
Standard shipping rates are:
12×18" and 16×24" prints: $4.90
24×36" prints: $5.90
Shipping is free on US orders containing two or more prints.
Applicable delivery information is provided during the purchasing process. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or circumstances outside BELFRAME's reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

8. Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled through customer self-service once placed.
If you notice an error after submitting an order, contact BELFRAME as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
9. Returns, refunds and damaged products
BELFRAME art prints are sold as final sale for change-of-mind, preference-based returns or incorrect size selection, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
If a product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact BELFRAME within 30 days of delivery and provide your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
If the issue is confirmed, BELFRAME will arrange an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement or refund, without limiting any mandatory rights available to the customer under applicable law.

10. Lost or delayed orders
If an order appears to be lost in transit or is significantly delayed, please contact BELFRAME with your order number.
Reports concerning an apparently lost order should be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date whenever possible.
11. Statutory consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms of Sale excludes, restricts or modifies any warranty, remedy or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
12. Intellectual property
All BELFRAME illustrations, artwork, graphics, branding, photographs, text and other original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a BELFRAME product does not transfer any intellectual property rights in the artwork. Products are sold for personal use only and may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, digitized, resold as reproductions or otherwise commercially exploited without prior written authorization.
13. Liability
BELFRAME is responsible for fulfilling its obligations under applicable law. BELFRAME will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses where such limitation is permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability or consumer rights where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
14. Governing law
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply under the laws of the customer's place of residence.
Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts determined in accordance with applicable law.
15. Consumer mediation
Where applicable, consumers may have access to a consumer mediation procedure after first attempting to resolve the matter directly with BELFRAME.
